Family violence intervention orders: common questions
Where can I find court information about intervention orders?
The Magistrates’ Court publishes guides and forms at https://www.courts.vic.gov.au/. We help you apply that information to your case.

An FVIO is a civil order. Breaching conditions can lead to criminal charges. We explain the difference and your obligations clearly.
Can you attend court on short notice?
Court lists move quickly. Contact us as soon as you are served with documents. We do not promise specific response times on this website — availability depends on court dates and existing commitments.
